Return Policy

We thank you for shopping at Susie Jane’s Attic. We hope that you are happy with the products you purchased, but we also understand, that sometimes a return is needed.

All returns must be postmarked 30 days from the original date of purchase. All items must be new and unused. All original tags must be attached to the item.

We do not offer pre-paid return labels, so you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item(s) to us. We charge a $5.00 restocking and processing fee.

To return a specific item or items, email us at hello@susiejanesattic.com to start the process. In your email, please make sure to include your full name, email, and order number. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

We do not offer pre-labels, so you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item(s) to us. Also, be advised, we charge a $5.00 restocking and processing fee per item returned.

After receiving your RMA, place the item(s) securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to:

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email Wilen your return has been processed.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at hello@susiejanesattic.com to arrange a refund or exchange. Please note that we will ask you to send a detailed description or picture(s) of the defect or damage.

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
